Finish Referee

• The finish referee must be licensed and certified by the USSA. The finish referee ensures that the regulations for the organization of the finish are properly observed; supervises the finish controller, the timing, and the crowd control in the finish area; and must be able to communicate immediately with the start at all times. The finish referee remains at the finish from the beginning of the official inspection time until the end of the event. This position is worth 1 day in volunteer credit.
