Hand Timer/Recorder (Finish)

• The hand timers and recorders manually record start and finish times to serve as record in the event of an electronic timing malfunction. There are typically 2 people at the start (a timer and a recorder), and one person at the finish that serves both roles. This position is worth 1 day in volunteer credit.
